Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Day
Upon you arrive in Tehran, our guide is waiting for you to greeting and transfer to hotel, O/N Tehran
Day 2: Tehran
Today is devoted to visiting some of Tehran’s museum; demonstrating the rich cultural heritage of country such as: National Museum, the archaeological logical & Islamic art museum, and Saad abad Palace Complex which one a Royal summer home during the Pahlavi Period, Milad and Azadi Tower, O/N Tehran
Day 3: Tehran – Qazvin
Today we head for Qazvin, a 1000-year-old city, we will visit Friday Mosque with the largest “Mihrab” of any mosques in Iran, beside Chehel Setoun Palace, the calligraphy museum converted from a remaining palace complex; Darb-e Koshk (the city entrance gate) and Heydariyeh theological school, O/N Qazvin
Day 4: Qazvin - Masouleh
In the morning, drive to Masouleh; a charming mountain village, recently listed under UNESCO via fascinating and beautiful rout in north of Iran, in route visit Hasan Sabah Castle, a sacred mountain fortress in Allamout Valley, beside, experience village life in Masouleh, meeting Iranian and enjoy their hospitality there, O/N Masouleh
Day 5: Fouman – Anzali
Our adventure starts in earnest today as we head for fouman; and visit Roudkhan Castel; a brick and stone medieval fortress that was built for defend the Arab invaders, then depart to Anzali, O/N Anzali
Day 6: Anzali – Ardebil
Take a boat ride on the alluring Anzali Lagoon; this large fresh-water lagoon frequented by a wide variety of migratory waterfowl. In the afternoon drive to Ardebil via Azerbaijan border at Astara. O/N Ardebil
Day 7: Ardebil
In Ardebil, we will visit the Sheikh Safi-Ad-Din (great Sufi) mausoleum complex. There the dome of Allah Allah (about 56 feet high) rises above the tomb UNESCO Heritage. Continue to Sarein, which is well- known for its hot spring, O/N Sarein
Day 8: Sarein – Tabriz
You can enjoy some leisure time this morning before we depart to Tabriz; the center of a very ancient civilization dating back to 700 BC and chosen as the 2018 Tourism Capital City of Islamic Countries, O/N Tabriz
Day 8: Tabriz
Today we have a stunning walk through of Tabriz’s UNESCO Grand Bazaar, beside Blue Mosque and Eil Goli Building; a pleasure hillside garden surrounding an artificial lake on the eastern outskirts of Tabriz, O/N Tabriz
Day 9: Kandovan – Takab
Drive towards Kandovan; which is an extraordinary ancient village with its at least 800 years’ existence is the most attractive for its traveler, after lunch drive to Takab, one of the oldest Zoroastrian fire temple during the Sassanid Dynasty. O/N Takab.
Day 10: Takab – Hamedan
Make your way to Hamedan, we shall visit the UNESCO Heritage listed site of Azar goshashb (Takht-e Soleyman) dating from 1500 years ago and the originally fortified site, which is located on a volcano crater rim. head for Hamedan, O/N Hamedan
Day 11: Hamedan
We will head out in to the city, visit Avicenna; the medical writer and the poet Baba Taher, also we shall visit the tomb of biblical Easter & Mordkhay, which revered as a Jewish shrine, and archaeological excavation site and museum at Hegmataneh hill, O/N Hamedan
Day 12: Bistun - Kermanshah
Drive to Kermanshah, in route at Kangavar we will visit the ruins of the Anahita complex, built in honor of the goddess of water. Continue to Bistun, which could be regarded as a museum of the Persian civilization from ancient time to the present day UNESCO listed Bistun as one the World Heritage Sites. O/N Kermanshah.
Day 12: Kermanshah – Khoram Abad – Esfahan
Drive to Esfahan, en route we shall visit the Falak-al Aflak Castle that dominates in the delightful mountain town of Khoram Abad. Castle is amongst the most important structures built during the Sussanid era, since it was built over 1800 years ago. Then, drive to Esfahan, O/N Isfahan
Day 13: Esfahan:
Today we have a stunning walk through Naghsh-e Jahan Square, one of the famous UNESCO sites and the second largest square in the world; beside Sheikh lotfollah Mosque, Ali Qapu Palace, Emam Mosque and Qeysariyeh Bazaar, and walking through Sio-se & Khajo Bridges, O/N Esfahan
Day 14: Esfahan:
Exploring Isfahan continued by Armenian quarter of Jolfa and its Vank Cathedral and adjacent museum, beside, we shall visit Friday Mosque with its superlative brick and tile work, continue to the Shaken Minarets and finally visit Chehel Setoun palace a Safavid reception palace renowned for its huge wall frescos depicting Persian History, O/N Esfahan
Day 15: Esfahan – Yazd
Drive to Yazd, in route we will visit a carpet workshop in Naein, and an old Caravanserai and Naein. Then we will visit Castle in Meibod, there we can also visit an active pottery market. Afterward, continue to Yazd, O/N Yazd
Day 16: Yazd
Being your adventure through the “City of Wind catcher” on an orientation tour; check out the symmetrical alcoves of the Amir Chakhmaq; beside Zaorastrian Fire Temple, Friday mosque as UNESCO listed, Water Museum, and Towers of Silence, O/N Yazd
Day 17: Yazd- Pasargadae-Persepolis-Shiraz
Make your way to Pasargadae, the ancient capital and burial site of Cyrus the great; a UNESCO Site, and the highlight of the tour at Persepolis, UNESCO Heritage the ceremonial capital of the Achaemenians at the highest of their domination, besides, Necropolis (tomb of Achaemenian kings) then we continue to enter Shiraz, O/N Shiraz
Day 18: Shiraz
Spend the day, exploring the city of Shiraz, visiting a fascinating Nasir al-Molk Mosque; which attracts most visitors early in the morning, then check out Narenjestan, and Zandiyeh Complex (Citadel, Bath, Mosque & Bazaar), O/ N Shiraz
Day 19: Shiraz:
We will visit Eram Garden, the UNESCO listed as Persian garden, and be amazed by the dazzling venetian mirrorwork at Ali ibn Hamze Holy Shrine, later set off to visit the tombs of the great Persian Poets Hafez & Saadi, O/N Shiraz
Day 20: Departure day:
Today you are free to go back home in any time as you wish. Flight to Tehran, transfer to IKA and go home.
